Step 3 — Certificate of Conformity (Weeks 4–6)
Apply to Land Registry Directorate for Uygunluk Belgesi (Certificate of Conformity) → processing approximately 2–3 weeks.
Step 4 — Application Submission (Weeks 6–8)
Submit complete file to TKGM (General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre) → biometric data collected.
Step 5 — Ministry Review (Weeks 6–20)
