Main Applicant

• Valid passport + certified Turkish translation
• Birth certificate (apostilled + Turkish translation)
• No criminal record certificate from country of nationality and residence (apostilled + Turkish translation)
• 4 biometric passport photographs (white background, 50x60mm)
• Turkish tax number (Vergi Kimlik Numarası)
• Health insurance valid in Turkey

Spouse

• Valid passport + Turkish translation
• Birth certificate (apostilled + Turkish translation)
• Marriage certificate (apostilled + Turkish translation)
• No criminal record certificate (apostilled + Turkish translation)
• 4 biometric photographs

Children (under 18)

• Passport or ID (Turkish translation)
• Birth certificate (apostilled + Turkish translation)
• 4 biometric photographs

Property Documents

• TAPU title deed certified copy
• SPK-licensed appraisal report ($400,000+)
• Bank transfer receipt confirming payment
• Land Registry annotation (3-year no-sale restriction)

Apostille and Translation

Foreign documents require apostille (Hague Convention) or consular legalisation. All documents need certified Turkish translation by a sworn translator (Yeminli Tercüman) authorised in Turkey.
